how to install plugins in wordpress blog

  i don’t know how to install plugins because installation method guides to upload some files. so i want to know how to upload because we are using word press features and don’t have any ftp info to upload.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have a wp.com blog, danmusetoiu.wordpress.com… and I don’t know how to install plugins… no plugins director, no plugnis panel… nada :D
