How to install themes

My blog is kamoynicola.wordpress.com. Id like to know how to install a theme from theme forest.com help please.

You can’t.
The only themes you can use on a WordPress.com blog, CSS upgrade or otherwise, are the ones on your dashboard under Themes. The Custom Design upgrade allows you to customize those themes, not add external themes.

You will need to get a refund. The only themes we can use on free hosted wordpress.com blogs are found here > Appearance > Themes

I have a hosting site, dreamhost.com, but I cant seem to install wordpress there either… Nothing seems to be working! Thanks for your prompt responses also :)

If you have paid hosting, you need to install the software from WordPress.ORG. For tips on using that, go see their forums at http://wordpress.org/support
