How to install third-party scripts

    Hi, I need to insert a script Javascript within my website sweetdreamsognoincucina.wordpress.com that is on wordpress.com. This script is used to adjust my site to new laws on the policies of the Italian cookies and privacy. This script causes the popup with the privacy law and cookies makes preventing cookies. Unfortunately I can not install it on site, when I plug in a widjet text and save it, I delete it and then not working. The same thing happens if I insert a page editandola in text format and not visual.
    The script is as follows:

    What should I do to make these changes and adjust me to the laws by June 2, 2015? let me know Best regards

    You can’t use scripts on WordPress.com for security reasons:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

    There is no way to do it.
