how to install wordpress on PC

  I tried to install wordpress desktop application, but it isn’t installed. how can I install that. As well as the plugins such as seo and others.

  Need help for http://alltelugufun.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t need install apps for blogging.

  Go to https://alltelugufun.wordpress.com/el-admin
  and use the correct user & password.

  That’s it.
