how to install WPML in free version?

  Hello! I was wondering if it is possible to install WPML in a free version of wordpress? If not, would I be able to do so in the paid version (99UDS)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, you can’t. It’s a plugin for WordPress.org sites.

  Hello, I just purchased WPML. Although it should be a plugin for WordPress.org sites I have no clue how to install it since I do not have a plugin menu item.
