How to install wpml plugin to my premium theme?

  After endless web browsing I am still lost on how to install the wpml plugin I purchased to my premium theme (photographer from organic themes). No where in the Dashboard to I see a Content Plugins section. How can I get this plugin running? Thanks!!

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
