  Only solution I can think of would be to stick it into a frame over at seo-gym.com.

  You may be interested in getting the WordPress software and sticking that into your site though.

  Or you can get an RSS aggregator like SimplePie and take in the RSS feed data, and output it on your site however you want.

  It could even be as simple as using SimpleXML in PHP5. Or MiniXML if you don’t have PHP5 (or the SimpleXML feature enabled).

  It all depends on how much you want to “integrate” your blog…
