how to integrate my blog with Photoshelter ?

  I am trying to integrate my blog with my Photoshelter website. I am prompted by photoshelter to download a plugin that I need to apply to my admin page on wordpress.
  There is no plugin page in the admin section, so I am struggling to find a solution.

  WordPress.com users won’t find a Plugins tab in the Dashboard
