How to integrate my e-mail form from Benchmark into wordpress.com (not .org)

  I received a Benchmark-Plugin for download to integrate in my wordpress blog, unfortunately I don’t know where to add this new element. It seems only to work with wordpress.org.

  The target is, to integrate subscribers from my blog directly into the address list of Benchmark E-Mail marketing, which already exists including a follow-up campaign by e-mail.
