how to invite new users on wordpress without having them create another blog on wordpress ?

  I am currently adding new users (editors) to my blog. The problem is, each of them receives an email which sends them to a login page (the same you get trying to connect to the back office as an admin), but they have no wordpress account yet, and they are required, then, to create a new blog (like username.wordpress.com), going to the whole process before they even connect to my blog.
  How is it possible to skip this part and only create a username and a password ?

  They need just an account. Not to create a blog.

  If the person being invited to contribute to your blog does not already have one, he or she will have to register a WordPress.COM username account. Note that he or she does not need to register a blog. There is a just a username please option.

  Upon receipt of the invitation the invitee will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If the invitee is logged into their WordPress.com username account, he or she will be taken directly to your blog. If not, he or she will be taken to the log-in screen, where he or she can either log in, or can register a new WordPress.COM user account.

  Note that invitees who do create a new WordPress.com account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so.

  If the invitee has registered a username account and cannot access your blog, then post the invitee’s WordPress.COM username here and type modlook for Staff help into the sidebar tags of this thread. Then subscribe to this thread so you are notified when Staff respond to it. To do that please look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

  So, you can create just account there
