how to join my user system to WordPress?

  hello,
  My name is Sefi Genis, i am the WebMaster of http://www.ohel-shem.com
  installed WordPress, in some directory in the server, yesterday.

  Everything works well, and your system is really amazing!!

  My Problem is that we have our LoginSys (2500 users login with this system that we had built before) and i really want to relate between our system and WordPress!!

  How can i do it?
  There is a special system that does it?
