How to keep a post at top of blog page

  I would like to post and have it come up at the top (or beginning) of the front page of my blog. Can someone help, I’ve tried to look through the settings area when I write up a post and I haven’t any luck.

  There currently is no way to keep a post at the top short of editing the timestamp of that post every time you make another post.

  One alternative, if what you want to keep at the top is not too long, is to place it in a text widget at the top of your sidebar.
