To add in an image like that, you will need the CSS upgrade and you’ll need to know CSS to use it.
How about just putting the image or text into a text widget in your sidebar? Cheaper and easier.

ok
i dont know CSS ..how can i add it c. .
I want to add the first image in last post of mine as my signature like thing

But if you mean that you want a signature on the end of each post, you can easily do that.
Make a draft post, insert the gif. Save but don’t publish.
Then each time you go to write a new post, open the draft and edit the title and permalink. Just write as normal above the gif.
Or just paste the code from your draft post at the end of each new post. -
