How to keep categories private

When I add a post to a category,and then click on it,instead of seeing posts from only my blog,i see posts from all blogs. I dont want this,i want the category to only have my posts

If you click on a category name above or below your post, then it takes you to the wordpress global tags pages. If you click on a category name in the category widget in the sidebar it takes you to your local category page which displays only your blog posts. That is the way things are designed, and I doubt it will ever change.
Some have suggested you can hide the categories under posts if you have the paid CSS upgrade and knowledge of CSS, but in my experience it will typically hide other things as well such as the date, author, and sometimes even the blog title.

If you want the tag or category links that appear with posts to stay as local links you will need to set Settings->Privacy to the 2nd or 3rd options.
