how to keep footer ONLY in the blog page
-
Hello,
is there a way to keep footer on my Blissful blog ONLY on my blog page? I don’t want it on my homepage or other pages, just for my blog (to display categories etc) but it appears on all pages even if they are full width pages…
Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Widgets
Blissful Blog offers a sidebar template on single page, archive, and search views, andthree footer widget areas on any page
. You can assign widgets to each of these areas by going to Appearance -> Widgets. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/blissful-blog/
Widgets now have “visibility” settings so we can select which pages they display on. I’m not sure if that will work for you or not but you could give it a try. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility
To purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and undertake required CSS editing:

oops! Sorry about the unintended block quotes above. The Blissful Blog theme description is here > http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/blissful-blog/

If you are asking about the “Blog at WordPress.com” – remove it and your site will be suspended

The current policy about the footer in the support documentation:
May I remove the ‘Blog at WordPress.com’ credit in my site’s footer?
Although the Custom Design Upgrade certainly grants you the capability to hide the credit from your site’s footer, you are not permitted to do so. Even our VIP bloggers are required to maintain the credit.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions

although it seems it’s not working for the page I’m posting to, just for static pages… -
If the widget visibility settings do not work then you will have to purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and undertake required CSS editing:
-
@luciabarabas: You add each widget, click its Visibility tab, select Show if Page is Posts page, save.
