How to keep permanent text at top of page

My blog has multiple pages that each pull content from a different category. For one of these pages <http://katiebonn.com/category/two-boys-their-mama/>, I would like a paragraph to appear at the top of the page that would explain that category. Right now I have a post there with that paragraph in it, but as soon as I make a new post, that old post will move further down the page and take that paragraph with it. Does anyone know how I can keep that paragraph permanently at the top of the page?

You can add some info to the top of a Category Page by adding a description to your category here:
