I am trying to duplicate an existing website (www.springcreekinc.com) and make some changes to it. The http://www.springcreekinc.com website uses the Lodestar theme, but I can’t see how to know what fonts are being used.

According to some websites, I should options for “Typography” here, but I don’t see them.

One of the WP websites it telling me that it uses Karla or Montserrat. But I don’t know how to see that on the website.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @spencer3d2e441b8a,

I reviewed https://springcreekinc.com/, and I found that it is a self-hosted WordPress site. Since it is not hosted with us, I couldn’t access the backend to review the theme details. However, using the browser’s inspect tools, I discovered that the site is utilizing multiple fonts, with the main ones being Karla and Helvetica.

You can learn more about changing typography on WordPress.com sites here : Change your site’s typography

Let me know if that helps.

The current http://www.springcreekinc.com website is hosted by Network Solutions. I have backed up the website, but I’m not sure what folder to look in to see the fonts. I put the new website, http://www.sccmarkansas.wordpress.com onto a business plan. If I call the help desk, can they look in the backups to see what font different sections of the website are? I can see “Helvetica” and “Karla” show up multiple times in the text of the backup, but I don’t know enough to know what text they are tied do.

And one more question along these same lines. I’m using the Matrioska theme. And I’ve downloaded the Easy Google Fonts. But I can’t see the option to downloan Helvetica Neue (shown in your post above).

What am I doing wrong? When I ask google if Helvetica is on Easy Google Fonts, it assures me that it is. But I’m not seeing it.

    1. Right-click anywhere on the page (e.g., on a heading or paragraph).
    2. Click “Inspect”.
    3. In the Elements tab, make sure the text element is selected.
    4. On the right panel, under the Computed tab, scroll down to “font-family”.
      • This will show the actual font applied to that element (e.g., "Montserrat", sans-serif).
    5. Repeat this process for headings, paragraphs, buttons, etc., if needed. To get the fonts
