how to know where and when my visitor comes?

  i saw some blogs have a small part, some are a map, showing the visitors’ info like which country and how many.

  some of the blogs are in wp.com.

  how do they make it?

  You can add plain html Cluster Maps give you dots, Flag Counter has country flags, Site Meter has some more info.
