How to launch blog site

This is the third time I’ve asked this. I have an established WordPress site (weschoc.com) which I’ve used for years. I created a new site (weschoc.blog) and have set it up with the basics. When I came back to the site, I could not launch it, and no matter what I do, it keeps taking me back to my weschoc.com site. I can get into the weschoc.blog site but I am not able to launch it. Apparently my two sites have been mixed or something. I need specific help on how to launch the blog site separate from my .com site. Can you help?

Hello there,
When I visit weschoc.blog I am greeted by a Coming Soon page. If your .blog site is finished you are going to need to change the privacy of the site from “Coming Soon” to public.
You can do that by going to My Site (on the .blog site), Clicking on Settings on the left-hand panel, scrolling down to the Privacy section, and choosing the “Public” option. Then simply save the settings and check your website, it should now be active.

Thank you for your suggestions. I did exactly what you suggested, but I already had the “public” option tagged. I switched to “coming soon” again, then back to “public” to see if that might reboot the option …to no avail. My blog site is not yet launched, and I cannot get to any place where I can launch it. I have spent numerous hours trying to figure this all out …to no avail. It seems my two sites (weschoc.com and weschoc.blog) are somehow conflicted. I really need someone to help me but so far it doesn’t seem like anyone understands the problem. Who can help me?
