How to launch the website

  I have written some blogs and want to take the website as live. If you could help me with the tutorials or simple document step by step, simpler one, on how to make it live, that would be great.

  Also, regarding the payment terms. I want to currently make it for personal use so it will be around some 12 dollars per year. How will that work and what all will it include?

  A couple great resources for learning how to use WordPress are at

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/video-tutorials/

  There are several YouTube channels about using WordPress as well. Find one with a teaching mode that matches your learning mode.

  https://wordpress.com/pricing/ compares the various plans, and the little info links by each feature explain the feature in a bit more detail. The plans are charged and renewed on an annual basis.
