How To Let Users Register On My Blog?

  Hello everyone,
  I’ve a wordpress blog at : http://www.meghrajbaria.wordpress.com . Now, i want users to REGISTER on my site just like everyone can on the forum, yahoo, gmail, etc.. like that. I once logged out of my account, went to the REGISTER option which is in the META widget. But it shows to register wordpress, not my blog!

  Help will be really appreciated, thank you! :D

  PS: I don’t know what is my forum version, so i selected the latest i.e 3.3.1

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t do that at WordPress.com. It’s a WordPress.com signup or nothing, basically.

  Your blog has been selected for termination for breaking the WP TOS. If you’ve got any last words you’ll need a new blog to write them on.
