how to line my body text and images to the center

  hi everyone, http://www.beanosvegetarian.com/pizzeria/ this is my website i’m using Sydney theme, you see how all the text is on the left hand side, i really want it all to be central
  do i need a css?
  any ideas?

  finally worked it out if anyone else is having this problem.. on the right hand side of your edit page there’s a check box, i had ‘default template’ ticked, needs to be ‘front page’ box ticked didn’t think it would be that simple thanks for your help everyone really appreciate it
