How to link a Page in the Nav Bar to an outside URL

  Is it possible to link a page that is listed in my Nav Bar and Menu to an outside URL (the home page of my outside website?
  Blog url: http://onzinfandel.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  So that, for example, when someone click in the Nav Bar on
  ‘About Us’ they are directed to the URL for my home page.

  Yes, to do that, create a Custom Menu at Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard, and insert that as a Custom Link.
