how to link between Menus Pages to some categories on wordpress 3.0

I want to ask a question to all of members who knows about ; HOW TO MAKE LINK BETWEEN MY “ARTICLES” PAGES ON TOPMENU TO CATEGORY THAT I ADD UNDER THAT PAGES . for several days I edit A theme from http://wordpress.site5.net/journalcrunch. I already make “ARTICLES” page on topmenu in WordPress 3.0 Backend, and also make 4 categories to linked under the “ARTICLES” page. but when I try to click “ARTICLES” pages, it only show blank page from “ARTICLES” page itself, do you know how to linked it? so if I click “ARTICLES” pages on topmenu, that will show the “4 categories” that I made under the PAGES.
