How to link blog posts onto blog page?

  I created the website and added the second page as Blog, but when I attempt to make a new blog post, I do not see where it will be housed. I want it to appear obviously on the page labeled Blog. Can you help, Andrea Trank (Mark’s wife and Office Manager/ marketing director)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
