How to link image gallery to URL Link

  I would like to be able to link an image gallery to one single URL link (to a page within my site). I have found articles about doing this with a single image gallery or individual images within a gallery using a custom wordpress plugin. I’m on premium wordpress.com.

  Is there a shortcode or CSS available that will allow me to do this. Thanks. Example of page is here, https://iamtheveronique.com/portfolio/dreams-deferred/
