how to link image widget to menu item?

  How do you link an image link URL widget in sidebar to a menu item? I want to be able to have menu items below header AND linked to images in my sidebar. THANKs!!!

  Maybe my question is really how do I get a menu items URL link so I can attach it to an image widget. There. THat’s better….thanks!
