How to link my blog when i leave comments on other ones?

  I see that the WP registered people nick appears as a link to their own blog, when they leave a comment on another blog.
  How can do it? I can’t find any option related to that…

  -> Dashboard -> Usres -> Your Profile
  look for “website” in the right hand column
  enter the url for your blog (Example: http://myblog.wordpress.com)
  click “Update Profile”

  When you are signed in to wordpress.com and when you leave comments on a wordpress.com blog, including your own blog your username will now be linked to your blog.

  Oh yes, I’ve already found that option, but i believed that was also retroactive…
