How to Link Post within Page

Quick question: I’d like to link a post, which will eventually be archived, to its relevant page. For instance, if a reader goes to the mentioned page, there would be a way to directly link to the post, without having to use the catagory index. I’ve tried searching for an answer within the forum …. perhaps I missed it … however, I didn’t find an answer that I recognized as the answer.
