how to link posts from main-site to other sites on my blog

  Hy.
  I have made a blog an I have a main-site and several others sites on it (beaty, fashion).

  When I write a post, I mark on the left sight the categories main-site and fashion, but my post is only shown on the main site??

  Please give me detailed advice (in German) how to link the posts.
