How to link quizzes result into resume in WordPress?

    So right now I’m using WordPress making the finding jobs website where candidate can upload their resumes and do the online test. So when candidate complete the online test they will have a score. So right now i’m creating a field named score in resume and i want the quiz result to go to that field output( automatically output field), when candidate want to upload their resume the score field will have the score of the test automatically. I’ve stuck with this problem for several days, so i’m very grateful for any solution. Sorry for my bad English.
