how to link subscribers to my site

  It is unclear to me if my site is set up to properly accept subscribers. I can’t find any info on my dashboard. Could someone please check it out? If it is not, what should I do? http://homemademimi.com

  This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM and we provide support only for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM.
