How to link the Text Widget to the Home Page

  Hey I was wondering if anyone knows how to Link the Text Widget so that when the Image inside the Text widget gets linked to the Main/Home Page when clicked. If anyone could help me asap plz that would be awesome also sacredpath how do I move the Text Widget in sidebar so that when the image has been linked to the homepage it can be moved over the top of my logo so that it acts as if the logo is clickable to open homepage.
