How to link to a plugin/widget

  Hello;
  I have a blog where I need to use a text based menu (left hand side) and hard-coded links in the header.php.
  How can I hard code a link to go directly to a widget.

  For example, in my header.php I have a link for “Help”, how do I associate this to say, a Helpdesk plugin/widget.
