How to link to amazon for commission-based monetization

Can I link to amazon to create an online store/link to amazon to monetize my site via wordpress? Or do I need to upgrade my account? If so, does my account need to be upgraded to premium or business?

Blogger initiated advertising is not allowed. The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains. http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/
Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Store > My Upgrades
