How to link to latest blog post from another site

    I have a wordpress.com hosted blog and would like to have just the title of my latest post appear on an entirely different site, and function as a link back to the homepage of the blog.

    My appologies if this info exists somewhere, but I’ve been searching for hours and I am close to eating my own hands in frustration. I assume there is a fairly simple php or javaScript solution.
