How to link/redirect to a variable URL?

  Several of my blogs and pages refer to the same GoogleDoc. Every time I update it, Google assigns it a new URL –which I have to copy into each of the blogs and pages that use it! Instead, I could link to a permanent URL for redirection to the current Google URL. How to do that? This plugin could be useful:
