how to load an existing wordpress onto my account

  Hi There,

  I unfortunately deleted a username of mine and I dont have access to my existing site anymore.

  Please help URGENTLY

  my site name is http://www.laurencorreia.co.za. I have tried all possibilities but I dont have any of the information as I had a company load my website up for me.
