How to load my image to sidebar

  Hi guys, I am trying to load the following images, one with a link embedded to my sidebar. I followed the directions in the FAQ, but still seem to be making a mistake. Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Here are the two images:

  

  http://fashionsensei.wordpress.com/files/2008/04/rwh-gif.jpg Plus, I need http://www.runningwithheels.com embedded.

  This will work, but you might have to reduce the image down to 150px wide for the sidebar. Most will not work well with 200px wide images.
