HOW TO LOCATE 'HEADER' FROM APPEARENCES

  On this particular blog I cannot upload my own header image because I cannot locate the ‘header’ icon in the APPEARENCES’ box.

  Each theme at WordPress.com is unique, and not every theme has the option to add a custom header. You are currently using the Titan theme, and that one doesn’t have a custom header option.
