How to lock an article in homepage?

  Hello, i have an article i want to be locked in homepage as first article even if i add new articles?
  How can i do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Make the post a ‘sticky post’ and it will stay on top! Don’t make more than one (or at most two) post sticky!
