How to lock font sizes, Tarski Theme?
-
Hi all,
I just bought the CSS upgrade. I really like the way my blog looks when the text size in Internet Explorer is set to medium. Is there a simple way to fix it where all of my text (p,h1,h2, etc.) stays that size, even if someone changes the viewing size in the browser? I have a very simple understanding of CSS, and have tried some on another basic project by modifying existing css. Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks!
Tom

I do not have CSS editing experience and cannot provide help in that regard. However, I do want to give you a heads up when it comes to choosing to design for a single browser of your own preference. These are the browser stats for the internet. http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp You will note that the combined total of IE users is approx. 36%, and the total for Firefox user is 47.5%. This is a link to a free browser compatibility site http://browsershots.org and you can use it to see how your blog displays in all browsers.

Thanks again! I understand what you mean. I’m not locked into designing for IE, I just notice that I like the font size displayed on screen when IE text viewing preferences are set to medium. It looks the same on FireFox from what I can tell. I just want to use the font sizes displayed on IE with medium text settings as my visual guide to decide what pixel size to make my text with the CSS override. That’s the part I’m struggling with though, how to do the CSS.
