How to log in to my site

  Hi, I lost my laptop with all the passwords on it and now can’t log in to my WP site.
  I had a copy-paste link of a WP url on the old laptop, which I used for login.

  I DO remember my password, but the username / login seems wrong, as if I log in with my username/mail address, I end up to my old site, which I haven’t used in years. Now I’m puzzled, how do I log in to my site, which is still up and running? Can you track down any login information based only on the site’s name?

  Hi..i want to subscribe throught GOddady.com site with 14 US subscription not 25 as wordpress give option for program i need.

  I tried also to subscribe with 25 Us/month..and they ask me to be sure about postal code. Everything is right and still i can subscribe.

  What to do..

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  @tamarahacina Hi there, GoDaddy and WordPress.com are two separate companies. You can learn the difference between self-hosted WordPress (which requires a hosting provider such as GoDaddy) and WordPress.com here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  On WordPress.com, there are no monthly payments, but the Business Plan is $300 each year. If you’re having an issue purchasing it because of your postal code, you can find the correct format here: http://www.geopostcodes.com/

  If you’re having trouble with this on GoDaddy, it’s best to contact their support.
