How to Login After Losing 2FA Codes from Phone Reset

  Hi, my employer just set me up on our wordpress account for our website, and I completed the 2FA process by scanning the QR code using a 2FA app on my phone.   Then, after having some phone issues, I had to do a factory reset and the codes were not backed up.  Now, I am unable to log into my wordpress prole because I do not have the OTP/2FA code that I set up before.  How can I get around this?  Can my employer access my 2FA codes for my profile from his profile if they are on the same account? Does my profile need to be deleted and set up again?  Is there any chance I can resolve this without having to bug my employer?
