How to login in wordpress!

Hello everyone.
I´m doing the first steps with wordpress, because it´s my intention to build a portfolio brand resume website.
But when i initiated my wordpress website, it ocurrs me some errors in the part of Login.
1) I install the wordpress;
2) I put it at C: and go to paste (xampp), htdocs and finally i create a paste with my name site (josemoreira);
3) I turn on Apache and Mysql in the Xampp
4) Then at the brower of Google Chrome i put http://localhost/josemoreira/
5) Next i put http://localhost/josemoreira/admin and it gives me this error:
“Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Apache/2.4.46 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1g PHP/7.2.33”6) My problem is to login the wordpress to create my website with the options of the wordpress. So the question is: How to fix the trouble above to enter in the wordpress platform?

You are in the wrong forum as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses a locally installed wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
