how to login the non primary site

  When I am logged into wordpress I can see my sites. When I go to the non primary site it asked for a loggin again however will not allow me to login.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Could you please check the URL https://rebeccasthoughtstoday.wordpress.com/wp-admin and let me know if it allows you to access the WordPress dashboard? If not, it may mean the site is hosted on a different WordPress.com account. It is recommended to access the website from the associated account.
