how to login without a email link

  I can no longer receive emails associated with my wordpress account. (becasue Domain migration to WordPress has locked me out)

  When trying to login it keeps sending emails links.

  How else can I login.

  Or can a WordPress admin transfer domain an account ownership to one of the admin?

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
