  WordPress.com users can sign up to follow your blog by selecting the ‘follow …’ link in the bottom right corner of your blog. Then whenever you make a new post, they will be notified when viewing their Reader. If you want to allow folks without a WordPress.com user account to follow your blog, simply install The Follow Blog Widget. Then they will receive an email notification when you publish a new post.
