How to make a .ORG Blog?

  Hello.

  I would like to know how to make a wordpress.ORG blog does anybody know please?!I went to http://wordpress.org but I didn’t see anything please help me.

  Please don’t post the same thing more than once. The information is right there on that .org page you linked to under Easy as 1,2,3.
