  How do you make one page your cover, first page you see when one enters your blog

  How do I make this page: https://lindsayjanetroberts.wordpress.com/about/ the first thing you see when you enter my blog? It used to be the first thing you saw and somewhere along the line after posting it dropped off to be more of a secondary page and my most new recent post is the one that you see first (not the most recently edited either).
